South Dakota’s 91st Legislative Session begins on
Tuesday, January 12th after Governor Dennis Daugaard addresses both
the House and Senate with the State of the State Address. The State of the

the nine Native American tribes in South Dakota will address the legislature
with a State of the Tribes Address on Thursday, January 14th. State
